From the list of Xperience categories, choose Events and browse from the available sections. In the event details page, carefully review the event date, time, ticket prices, and all the details you need to know before the event. You can also go to the Seat Map section to view the venue seating chart in detail. 

If you access the event page via desktop, there may be additional information listed there. For events that require presale tickets such as concerts or festivals, the Ticket Purchase Information section will be available to guide you through the process.

Proceed to the ticket selection and enter the number of tickets you want to buy, then fill in your complete visitor details. You may be asked to provide your government-issued ID number in order to purchase the ticket. Don’t forget to view the event venue address under Location Details. Tap the map icon to see where exactly the venue is located. If all your details are correct, tap Continue and complete your payment.

After payment completion, you will receive a confirmation email along with more details on how to redeem or exchange your ticket at the venue.
