As you may be aware, international flights require passengers to have a passport with a validity of at least 6 months before the departure date.

In Traveloka, you can still book a flight while your passport is being renewed or is about to expire, and you can update your passport details later on your e-ticket once you have your new passport.

Please note that : you can only modify the passport details if the passenger's name on the e-ticket matches the name on the new passport.

So, how to book a flight with Traveloka while your passport is being renewed?

When you’re filling in the Traveler Details, kindly direct your attention to these columns:

• Passport Number, fill this column with your current passport number or any other number.
• Expiry Date, choose a date that is at least 6 months after your departure date.

Once you have your new passport, you can follow these steps to easily update your passport details on your booked e-ticket:

1. Open and log in to Traveloka app, then select Bookings.

2. Select the e-ticket that you have booked.

3. Scroll down until you reach the Manage Booking section.

4. In the Manage Booking section, select Change Passport Details.

5. Scroll down, then you can see the New Passport Details section.

6. In this section, you can edit your passport details with your new passport information.

7. After you have edited the details, you need to upload your new passport in PNG or JPG format.

8. Make sure that all the updated information is correct. Press Submit to finish this process.
