We were delighted with Bondi Beach House. An amazing combination of proximity to Beach and Bondi restaurants, a gorgeous room in a quirky, quaint building and such lovely before, during and after service for a super reasonable price. All three of us have declared we will stay here again

This was my ideal of something terrific for the price.
Quite, clean, quaint, characterful and so close to the beach, bus stop and eateries. Very happy.
Should just mention that it wouldn’t be good for those with mobility problems as there are lots of stairs.

Lovely room in paved courtyard surrounded with plants and trees Breakfast supplies were excellent. Quiet, even though only being 100 meters from Bondi's main thoroughfare. Very close to Bondi shops/restaurants, Bondi-Bronte walkway and Icebergs pool. Would love to stay again.

It’s a pretty little place in Bondi near to the bus stands and beach. We are very happy with our stay and liked the fact that we were provided some food to prepare our own breakfast. Overall, it’s a very nice place.

Close proximity to the beach, cafes, bars, and restaurants. However the room left a lot to be desired and was very dated. NO AC, one small fan and only one small window in the bathroom opened. The included breakfast was a plus and the patios were nice. For this price point would stay somewhere else with AC next time

Everything was clean! The staff were on-site and extremely helpful. I enjoyed the peace and quiet days And nights! Breakfast was better than expected! The room was normal sized, and we had easy access to the beach, bus, and grocery stores, which helped save $. The restaurants near were crazy, stupid expensive and mostly unhealthy beach food, so local stores was a must! The laundry area worked ok, but I’m not used of hang drying! I know, it saves the environment and $.

The beach house has loads of character and Charm, it’s peaceful and quiet yet close to everything you need and so close to the beach. It’s clean, comfortable , the kitchen and breakfast is just like being at home.

Such a charming Beach House!! Our room was clean & spacious. We particularly loved the ability to make our own breakfast in the communal kitchen which is clean & tidy with a great variety of breakfast options. Delighted to be able to sit outside in the garden for breakfast or any time of the day. Great location for beach or walking to Restaurants.

Good location. Secure parking good. Kitchen breakfast provisions good. Staff pleasant and helpful. Floors were cleaned regularly but flat services were very dirty. Our room was too small to be called a double for travellers with suitcases.
Expensive for what you get compared to other stays on our trip.
Someone set off the kitchen smoke alarm l discovered as I went to the bathroom one morning yet it was not loud enough to be reacted to in our room..?.

Bondi Beach House is Really arty and quirky. Each room is individual and the feel is like home. We are now on our third stay and would definately return to this amazing place. It is centrally located and a few seconds onto Bondi Beach. It is very clean and comfortable and spacious. This room (Wombat room 3) has a separate entrance and a small kitchen facility which is really useful for making a hot drink, fridge and microwave.
The garden is really nice and we have sat outside with our breakfast I. The sun in August (winter here!). Would definately recommend. The staff have been great and really friendly. Breakfast is help yourself which for us is perfect.
