very nice chalet. very clean, very quiet, good shower. About 20 minutes drive to Canberra centre where there are many car parks. The chalet was not quite level, but not a real issue. Reception and staff friendly.

Have sent the dirty sofar pictures to prove it was really dirty. The bathroom water tab was dipping so the noice keeping me up and restless.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Check in process through the key safe was fairly seamless except I didn’t get a code straight away. Only issue was we only got 2 towels for 4 people staying. One tiny bar of soap which we practically used in two nights after being filthy from Summernats and I had to ask for a spare toilet roll because we did run out and there wasn’t a spare in the room. Reception was accommodating when we asked for extra towels and toilet paper but we arrived late the first night and had to share the towels.

Bed mattress were very old and springs gone very soft.
Cleaners didn't do the clean correctly. Microwave was dirty. You can see kitchen top was not cleaned properly. No staff was available on site at property to show. We end up leaving after 5 mins even we paid full upfront. Looks like a junkies place.

Quick and easy access around Queanbeyan and the areas we wanted to visit. Parking was a little tight but all visitors kept to their spaces while we were there.
Property was clean and comfortable. The stove was slow to heat up

The Cabin was comfortable. The 2 seater sofa was very soft to sit on and provided no back support. The barking dogs from adjacent properties was annoying at times.

Make sure to double check the room booking. Specifically booked the studio cabin and was changed to triple bunk version which wasn't appropriate for the kids ages that were listed due to height and lack of safety rail
