This is the 3rd time I've stayed 4-7 nights in the European Hotel and I'm hoping to find a price that suits me for my January 05 visit. The hotel is very clean which is my number one thing - I don't mind a dated hotel as long as everything is spotless. I've been in 4 rooms now and each were equally as good. The reception staff have all been very professional, always helpful and cheerful. There is a nice outdoor verandah on the 2nd floor that is pleasant in the morning and evening. The hotel is central and very conveniently located to shops. David Jones, Myers, Woolworths and BWS liqour store is 3/4 minute walk away. The free Black CAT bus is at the front door. It's a very short walk from Perth train station after an easy trip from Perth airport (ticket $2.40 with a concession). The eating places around are good, l took advantage of the 10% discount at Deli Gabe a couple of times. This hotel is cleaner, more convenient, and more comfortable than other more expensive hotels I've stayed in in Australia and overseas.

It was great for a night in the city. Easy walk to the train station. The pastry shop is excellent.

Repeat customer. Have a joyed each stay. However they used to include a buffet breakfast which was spectacular. Room was clean and spacious with a balcony. Close to restaurants, shopping and transit. Would stay again.
