Our stay at The Grande Floride resort was awesome. The kids had a ball, they spent every spare minute in the heated pool.
We loved how close it was to the beach and great cafes in miami
Also surprised with how quiet the nights were even though the resort was full.
We will definately stay again

I stayed with my teenage boys and it was a great fit for us, loved the view from the balcony and the access to the pools. Only slight downfall was the stairs, carrying heavy luggage up them was a little bit of a mission but that was just a minor thing!
Staff were lovely and receiving the texts a few days before was a nice little touch that helped reassure us that if we needed anything before, and during our stay we could ask! We felt like we were in a little community, with everybody saying hello to each other and socialising.
The undercover parking was good too, considering the area was undergoing roadworks and parking in the street would be a challenge!
I will definitely like to come stay again in the future!

Overall pretty good, our son loved the heated pool as we travelled in the winter.

Amazing gardens and pools (1 heated), great games room with a kids claw machine that wont stop till a prize is won, easy walking to beach and shops, clean and classy rooms with everything you need. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for always making our family holiday special!!

I’ve stayed here before but don’t remember it being so shabby, run down and unclean. First ghastly discovery was the pubic hair on the bathroom floor and foul stench coming from the dishwasher… like something dead there for days. Many broken or poorly maintained fixtures, sliding doors, shower head. Not most expensive place but not cheap either. Checked out after 2. No partial refund offered. Dismal
