Good location, big spacious apartment. No cable tv as advertised, phone didn’t work, booked for 3 ppl but only had 1 coffee pod, dirty kitchen and very dusty throughout.

Room was very clean and had all the basic necessities. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We stayed on the 10th floor, lift goes to the 9th.
Found this out when we checked in.
Great place to stay but if you have step issues make sure to discuss with the wonderful staff - I am sure they will ensure the room is right for you.

I was expecting very little for the price and was so pleasant surprised! Our family of 5 had so much space, it was clean and cozy with complimentary snacks. Easy check-in and amazing location.

Was not impressed with smoke smell in the room as this was a or used to be a smoker room.
Had cigarette burns on the carpet and the smell was not pleasant.
Also the room was placed in the corner and front of the elevator so frequently awakened by knocking on the wall or elevator doors
Other than that was great.

Room was filthy, outdated and sparse. Didn't stay the 2 nights due to condition of the room. Informed staff just after check in at 3pm and was told they were booked out and only 1 staff member. Half empty milk bottle under the bed nearly exploding, tissues under the couch, dust on pic frames that was so thick you couldn't see the frame colour.

Unable to check in until 5.30pm. Bathtub was dirty they only have students doing the rooms and they are under pressure.on room clean they do not wipe down bench or wash up. The location was good he’s okay you must ask fir room clean otherwise it’s not down
