Well boy were we in for a treat at vibe! The panoramic glittering views of the Southbank with train services (like who didn’t have a love of toy trains growing up) brimming the lower border of the window view. Stunning! Spectacular! Sensational! I was so happy everytime I looked out the window, I saw something new. It was a sweltering 40 degrees outside, but inside it was set at 19, any lower I would’ve needed a blanket. Service on point. Australian Open tennis themed chocolates on arrival and buffet breakie was great also. So wrapt! Great location! I’d give them more stars if I could.

The hotel is conveniently located and exceptionally clean! Beds were comfortable and spacious rooms! Staff were friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the pool too!

Fleet Bar was an excellent location on level 22 of the property. Also used pool area which was quiet at the time we visited. Very close to trams that headed to the AO tennis event. Room was very comfortable and great views over the Yarra river from level 15. Surprising quiet given we were right above the train line to flinders station.

I booked this property because it’s part of VIP access but they don’t know what vip access is on Expedia. They didn’t give me a bottle of wine which part of my reservation. I requested on my reservation for a higher floor because I’m noise sensitive to car noise and light sleeper. I was on the lowest floor. I could have stayed somewhere else.

Hotel is OK, but aircon was very loud. A colleague travelling as well had the same problem. As you can't open the windows, it is either very noisy when on- or very hot when you turn it off

Second time staying, in the same holiday. The rooms are average size, but its a clean central hotel within walking distnace of everything we needed. The new rooftop bar is a game changer since we were there early 2024. Views are great but the cocktails are next level. Definitely book.... I am disappointed I didnt try the bloody mary.....I will be back!!

Awesome place to stay. Very walkable to everything like bars, parks, shopping, and restaurants. The facility was very clean and the staff were super friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend.

Clean and tidy, staff are friendly. Close to flinders st train station around 5 to 10 mins walk, tram outside the hotel. Not the most convenient spot but transport is easily accessible. Location is a bit off the main cbd and it gets a bit quiet at night. I found it not very safe to stay out too late as I travelled alone with a young child but no problem for a group of ppl. Pillow was not comfy bed was ok. Overall stay was good. However will try other hotels next time we visit Melbourne.

Room was spacious and had a good view. But the walls were scratched and in the bathroom some cable were sticking out of the wall.
The breakfast was really good.

The hotel was fantastic. Room was clean and had a great view. We got in early and the desk staff were able to let us check in early, which was great as we had just come from a long bus ride. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Would definitely stay here again.
