A very cosy place to stay, nice view and clean. Located in a very small and remote town, nothing nearby and limited dining places. You may travel to Hallstatt within 30 mins from this hotel. Dinner is not bad and staffs are very polite and friendly. Free parking is an advantage.

A very low-level hotel, the reception staff lacks service awareness and is not nice to say the least, the rooms smell bad, the floor of the room is dirty and sticky, I don't know why but the rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, worn and torn towels, there is no minibar in the room, the only bright spot I found is the dining room with a varied breakfast and dinner

The hotel is very nice and seems rather new. Gosau is a lovely village close to Hallstatt, but you don't have to deal with all the tourists. The service was good, except for the fact that our bathroom sink would not drain. We informed the reception desk of this on our first night (Friday), but it was never fixed nor did they offer to transfer us to a different room.

The staff was really unfriendly, wifi bad, no tea or coffee, lots of bug, people were smoking , beds were really uncomfortable and hard, charged so much, no conditioner, doors wouldn’t lock, drawings on the wall and we slept there for 2 nights and didn’t even clean on the last day. Worst hotel ever!!!!!
