I stayed here with my mum and from when we first entered to the last second we left the service was 10/10. Check in was smooth and easy with simple self check in machines, rooms were clean and spacious. The girls on reception were amazing, always happy to help and gave us some great recommendations. The complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water was icing on the cake. Location was perfect for us, a few minute walk from the train station, and a few seconds walk from the tram stop to the city. Would not hesitate to book here again!

We booked a room with kitchenette, and while the kitchenette itself was lovely, there was nothing included to cook with, rendering it quite useless.
There are also some issues with the cleaning schedule. While we were told rooms were cleaned every 3 days, our room was never cleaned. Which became a bit of an issue concerning towels and toilet paper.
It's also insanely far from anything, so just a warning others. There is a tram stop outside but it's the milk run, and doesn't run very frequently outside of rush hour

Great stay and beautiful facilities. Lari, Nadyne and Jonatha were great hosts and part of their excellent staff! The Brazilian flavour of the hotel was really well done. Great rooms with lots of space. Located conveniently right along the rail line taking us into central Vienna

Hotel was clean ,modern , staff was friendly, staff member nasarae was helpful in checking me in and also attending to bartending as well ! Train and bus are walking distance whereever you want to go .Overall I would recommend this place A

A great hotel stay, staff (particularly Larissa) were excellent and the rooms were clean, well equipped and modern. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem for us as we stayed in November but I can see that it would be an issue in the summer

Great place to stay near an underground station with direct trains to the airport plus tram route into the city centre. The vibe of the hotel is very Brazilian and works really well. Lovely bar which is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very spacious and have all you need.
We were at the back of the hotel so faced the railway line so there was noise from the trains from early morning to late at night - but it wasn’t a problem.
Staff at the hotel are all really friendly and helpful and welcoming.
Not loads of eating out options in the immediate area but the tram stops nearby and so gives easy access into the city.

Quiet, clean, eco-friendly, and so convenient to transit! We did not miss not staying in the 1st district - this was a great option for both sightseeing and getting to and from the airport.
