The service was very good (although typically we would not require someone to walk us to our room, but that’s a 4-star feature obviously). Excellent breakfast. We had a large room with separate hall, which kept out the sounds from the rest of the hotel. The room would need some paint and maintenance. There were many scratches and small damages. The quality of the room did not match the rest of the hotel. We had a toilet that did not flush completely. One tiny cockroach walked through our bathroom once. There was a note that a safe was present in the room, but we did not find it. The lobby was very cold; why not save some energy by making it less cold? The location on the seaside (wonderful sunset) is nice, but it is quite far from the old city center. One needs transport by car/taxi/Uber to get there.

they have a nice, amazing and great staff, but the hotel it's not so good. the gym there is not air conditioner, it's difficult control the shower between hot and cold water; another negative point to me is that the delivery can not upstair, you must downstairs to take your delivery and to me it's too bad; they have a expensive service, like food, ironing, ...

Excellent breakfast and professional, attentive staff. Try the freshly prepared tapioca pancakes and pamonha, delicious! Unfortunately, some areas of the hotel are badly in need of maintenance and a face-lift. The worst was the gym where all the equipment was broken or malfunctioning, but the sauna was working well and will make you sweat buckets. Cool off in the nice pool afterwards. The rooms are OK but lacking anything of charm or of note. The airconditioner was new and really cools the room down. The room had a tv, but not all the channels on the information card were available. The area is quiet at night and everyone I spoke to warned me not to walk around in the evening for fear of being mugged. I used Uber instead. Mosquitos everywhere, inside and outside, so bring repellent and use the plug-in insecticide provided in the room.

Good hotel. Newly he passed through a reform. It's simple, but good enough. Clean rooms and the breakfast is the high point of the Hotel, amazing one.

It's near the beach,overall appeared nice.. reception guys were good.but once I rexhef the room and I called for service there's no answer.. restaurant is nice and food is good..gym,spa and swimming pool available..spa charges are extra but worth it..liked it
