I had an amazing experience with this hotel. I arrived one day later than expected, after a busy day of research, and the staff was very happily helping me find a new room. They truly made me feel at home, and I was feeling very happy. The room was huge and beautiful, clean and new and I received a free drink from the bar! The breakfast is small but has some good options and they were all delicious. I enjoyed my short time here. The hotel was right in the middle of town as well, close to some nice shops, restaurants and cafes.

A bit aged hotel, it deserves a new painting...but the location is great, in front of Moinhos de Vento public park...a green oasis in the middle of Porto Alegre. The breakfast is good... and plenty of restaurants around...good option if you are coming to Porto Alegre

Overall it's a very nice hotel, good room, very comfortable bed, good staff. However, I did find a few conservation issues, like the shower faucet handles (they fell quite a few times) and weak door springs (it didn't close completely by itself -- I only noticed later that I left the door slightly open at least two nights). But overall I'd recommend it. Great location also.

Comfortable rooms, clean.....the breakfast is good but nothing special......Employees are friendly! All together I can recommend the hotel to stay in Porto Alegre. The location is well beside a park and close to some bars to get out at night.
