It was okay. There is a convenience store within an approximately 3—to 5-minute walk. I would stay again. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. What I found unique about this stay is that the entrance to the building is from the backend, but once you drive around the building and through the parking lot, you will arrive at the main entrance

Our stay was so pleasant that we didn’t want to leave. Staff was incredibly sweet and professional, rooms were so clean and parking was a breeze.

Staff was friendly! Overall, it was a good stay, it treated us well for the one night we stayed. Though, the bed was very very firm and not very comfortable, it got the job done for one night. I do feel like the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, it didn’t feel like it was up to Four Points standards but it was fine.. I do appreciate that there was free personal care items offered to me when I went down to the front desk after realizing that I had forgotten something at home. Besides the uncomfortable bed and not so clean bathroom, it was a good stay!

Multiple weddings booked and only one elevator was in service all weekend. Rates were expensive for the quality of this hotel. Checking in the front desk was unfriendly. Will never go back.

It’s a great hotel, and a great place. Just becoming more and more expensive as the years pass, last year it was 150-170 a night for a two bed. Now it’s 225 for a 1 bed

Disappointed for price paid, pretty bland looking hotel. Felt like I was staying at a Travelodge. Unfortunately will not be staying at four points ever again, will book Holiday Inn next time.

Elevators not working. Payment receipt refused by front desk staff. Breakfast was poor quality and cost $19 for a very poor quality buffet. There was only one option and any accommodations were rejected. Lobby bathroom stall out of order. Noisy patrons could be heard in suites and sleeping clients were awoken. Rooms were not cleaned daily and for $200 per night for a small unit is unacceptable.

Why is only one elevator working. We had to wait ages on Saturday and Sunday morning for the one elevator. I would have used the stairs, however I have to use a walker. The coffee is horrible, in room and at the lobby. The staff were wonderful and very pleasant to deal with.

One of two elevators was out of service
Access to the stairs was via a service hallway and outside and the front desk staff had to open the door. Very weird!!
All staff was kind and helpful. Good fried eggs at breakfast ($20 buffet).
Wifi not functional
Would not recommend, especially at $200 a night.

Rooms were satisfactory. The tv was very poor (in order to watch tv we had to get up and adjust the screen multiple times to get rid of the lines through the tv and to restore the sound). The water pressure in the shower was very poor and if someone in another room flushed or turned their water on, our water pressure would drop even more to a dribble and went freezing cold. Not an enjoyable shower by any means.
When mentioned to hotel clerk she apologized profusely and wrote our concerns down but informed us because we booked through a third party (hotels.com) they were unable to give us a refund and suggestes we reach out to the third party application. We are ih the process of doing this.

I booked the king suite and we had flies all over the room along with bugs. Elevator was not working. The wedding block is more expensive than Expedia so won’t recommend them using as any blocks.

We stayed at this property for a wedding. Our room had a terrible odour. Other family members in rooms on our floor had the same odour in their rooms. We notified a staff member but he claimed he could not smell it. There was also only one small elevator working as the other was out of service. We had long wait times to access the elevator and were told we could not use the stairs as the doors were locked. Room service also does not clean the rooms daily. We stayed two nights and never had our room cleaned. Overall this hotel was not worth the amount we paid. Very disappointed.

Frequently stay at this hotel and always pleased with clean rooms and bathroom, unfortunately this stay was unpleasant, stayed in room 312 which is very run down with a very poor bathroom.
