The hotel was close to the airport and all the other amenities we needed. The staff was always helpful and super happy. The breakfast that was served each morning was a wonderful variety and filling. Couldn't have stayed at a better hotel. Thank you for making our stay feel like we were staying at home. The only negative comment would be that the pool was so cold.

I travel quite a bit and this was one of the most relaxing stays. Clean hotel, great hot breakfast, comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff and fast service. The only issue I had was wifi, spotty being on 4th floor. Even though I was told there's wifi on each floor.

The breakfast was honestly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. They actually seasoned the potato hash, waffle maker, eggs, etc. Excellent choice and honestly will look for Hampton Inns anywhere I travel now due to the breakfast.

My room fridge was broken, which i very much needed, front desk staff didnt care. Ice machine on my floor also broken she told me to try 3rd floor. When i said stair case near ice machine only goes down not up she said take elevator. No help at all. There was food crumbs behind tv on desk, the amt of thick dust and garbage behind tv was nasty.

BE WARNED: There are 2 Hampton Inn Calgary Airport hotels! We took the shuttle to the wrong on at midnight, and found out the hard way that we were at the wrong one. The front desk staff was very unhelpful, they told us our options were to take a taxi to the other hotel, or rent a room from them.
When we did take a taxi to the other Hampton Inn they said this happens MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. Seems like a very easy problem to solve

Staff at check in were condescending like they were doing me a favour by letting me check in for a room I’d already paid for.
Warning: they don’t just put a hold on your credit card at check in. They make it an actual transaction which I’ve never had anywhere else.
Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am asking if we wanted service while I was still in bed.
Breakfast was horrible.
Best thing about the hotel was leaving and never coming back.

It is a great hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and complimentary beverages in the lobby was fantastic. However you had to go to the basement where the gym was for water. As for the gym, it was sufficient but way too hot. I advised frontdesk but nothing improved after 2 days.
Rooms wre nice and so was staff. Great location with lotsclosw by!

The property was fine; the check-in was difficult primarily because of Expedia; after trying seven times with two different credit cards I could not modify my reservation from 1 night to 2 nights so I had to have two separate reservations which meant two check-ins, two deposits and so on. Fortunately Hampton tried to make it as seamless as possible.
