Horrible Experience - Run Away! I don’t even know where to begin with this nightmare of a hotel stay. First off, there was absolutely no VIP treatment whatsoever, despite how they advertise themselves. The hotel was disgusting, the service was appalling, and the staff was incredibly rude. It felt like nobody cared about the guests at all. The rooms? Dirty beyond belief. There was dirt everywhere—on the floors, the walls, even in the toilet! To make matters worse, there was dust everywhere, including inside the toilets and even on the toilet paper! I have never seen anything so unhygienic in my life. The beddings were a disaster too. My “white” bedsheet was stained and filthy—completely unacceptable. I couldn’t let my son touch anything because it was so dirty and unsafe. I had to literally check out, go somewhere else to shower, and brush my teeth because I couldn’t bring myself to use their facilities. Unfortunately, we checked in too late at night to find another hotel, or we would have left immediately. And then there’s the false advertising! They claim to offer electric car charging, but what they don’t tell you is that you have to pay extra for it, even after paying for valet parking. Why advertise free parking if you’re going to nickel and dime guests for everything? It’s incredibly misleading and frustrating. This was a horrible, horrible, horrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and RUN. It’s a disgrace

Wonderful stay! Incredible staff who were helpful and kind. I was very satisfied with my getaway trip stay at Hotel Monville.

Room was too small. Valet parking was convenience but expensive.

Monville was very beautiful, so central (we walked everywhere) and very clean! Our only complaint was that the room was very hot and for some reason we couldn’t bring down the temperature.

Amazing view near of Palais des Congrès and Old port of Montreal, it was a last minute booking for the new year eve igloo fest 2025, I.highly recommend this hotel! I've been scam by.another hotel in the downtown from Montreal and Monville had great prices for what they offer with a great location! I would book another time for sure, it's save our new year eve! Thank you so much! <3

Excellent location

The hotel is in a very nice location, Staff is friendly. Customer service was ok when it was available. When you get to this hotel you self-check in yourself at Kiosk. There's no parking, the only option is valet and you have to pay for it if you're from outside of Canada make sure you have "Winter Tires" if not they won't park your car and you have to park a couple blocks away at public parking. The room was just barely big enough to move around. The hotel was clean enough to be acceptable, the bathroom was nice, and the shower was horrible; the handheld unit worked fine, but the shower head was clogged
