The staff was really sweet, but this property is quite dilapidated and neglected. I can say that one positive is that there were no bedbugs--I fully expected them. And it was quiet. A very cheap room that you could book in an extreme emergency.

Je ne recommande absolument pas… la chambre n’etait pas propre… j’ai trouvé des cheveux dans le lit et partout en fait je n’ai meme pas couché la… en mangeant a la table je me suis rendu compte que tout le contour de la table était crotté. Comme si il y avait des crotte de nez ou quelque chose de la meme texture! Il y avais de la moisissure a plusieurs endroit! Il n’y a aucune prise de courant accessible! Jai du deplacer un meuble pour pouvoir brancher mon cellulaire… endroit tres vieux! Pour le prix payé je suis tres tres déçu! C’est le prix d’une “vraie” chambre d’hôtel! 150$ … j’avais l’impression d’être dans un mauvais film d’horreur et ca sentait mauvais. Cigarette mélangée avec une dose des années 70! Vraiment de mauvais gout! La bâtisse a des vitre de petée à quelques endroits!

The property is showing wear and tear. We had a non smoking room but still smelled. Light switches not working well.

I usually go there for business but one particular reason why I love going to Penn mass is the staff. All the representatives are welcoming and kind. During my last stay, I obtain a room with a tub and that was so cool hope to get the same next time.

Quiet place which is good but microwave not available in my room

Wonderful staff, and for what it is worth the rooms are simple and clean. Convenient for a night or two.

This motel is located in a francophone city. Unfortunately, the reception could not communicate in French. And, the receptionist was not welcoming and helpful.

Basic place to sleep.

Great spot to crash, fantastic, courteous and sympathetic staff, always there to help when needed. Clean rooms, many stores around such as convenience stores, Uniprix, Jean Coutu, Métro, Dollarstore and a Small mall. Very close to the sanctuary in case you are looking for Jesus and fairly priced.

Its one 9f the worst place i stayed. I need to complained that the room wasn't vacuumed, garbage are still in the room. The bed not sure if its cleaned. The 2 ladies who were present were arguing whose fault etc. I was even asked if i would vacuum the room by myself. We droved 3hrs just to come and rest and was ask to do a task plis the rate of this motel doesn't represent its quality and the lighting was extremely poor (dark hallway). We ended up leaving around 6am. Our body was tired as the bed was extremely poor almost on the floor if you lay down. Unbelievable. Cant recommend this place. Please avoid it.

Where do I start? DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE! After 5 minutes in shower, water goes ice cold and takes time to readjust. Had to ask twice for towels and clean glasses. One day room never made up. Breakfast OK but what a mess making toast, getting utensils, etc. Lights in first room did not work, got moved ASAP and was only slightly better. Felt like sheets, comforter never washed. Pillows like a flat board. Look elsewhere before even considering this place.

Location worked for us. Easy to get in and out of. Staff were very friendly, but French was difficult for them. Their attitudes more then made up for the language barriers - always smiling and wanting to help. The motel is in need of some TLC. Everything is very dated. It was clean, but everything smelled musty. Running the fan constantly for two days in our room helped.
