Nice one night stop, good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very warm outdoor pool, hot tubs and saunas were great!

We first visited several years ago and found that the whole place needs some updates. The service in the restaurant needs improvement. They were very short staffed. The pool is still great.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The bed confortable. The towels ok, but not big enough and one had a brown mark? The hotel is in need of an update, pool area was ok, but the pool water seemed cloudy and there was a rim of scum buildup. The hottub was cleaned the 3rd day were there, it should be cleaned daily. The waitress at the restaurant was nice but the food was below average and expensive considering the quality. Cheese on pizza was not stringy and the sauce was none existant. Room was ok. nothing fancy. All the furniture looked old and used, the carpet although vacuumed, could be changed as well.

Well, it was for a skit trip getaway with my son. Check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 3:55, was made to sit till 4:40 with our bag since our room wasn't ready while watching others get their rooms. Room is average. Stained bed, lamps, damaged doors with missing paint in bathroom, could not use the whirlpool tub since the tub plug was broken. No elevators so if you have big bags or carry your ski equipment, you better like stairs lol. Hot tubs outside were cold. I am definitely not coming back.

For the price, the property is quite run down. The furniture is from the 90s and beat up and the carpet has burn marks (not from the fireplace) The bed is not very comfortable and the blankets are 20 years old. We were very cold. The bodywash/shampoo combo in a dispenser in the bathroom is terrible. At least provided real shampoo please. Had to ask for coffee from the front desk one pod at a time every morning and pool towels are old faded beach towels. We will not be going back.
