Manoir Sweetsburg

I thought it was beautiful. They had a lovely breakfast with no shortage of food. The people are genuinely kind.

The place was nearly empty and I was given the worst possible room of the property it turned out. Close to thermopup noise. I was on first floor and the people above me kept coming and going and dropping stuff on the floor until 1 AM. I slept very poorly between that noise and the thermopump. There’s obviously an sound problem not enough soundproofing. But other than that I feel I probably was given the worst possible room on the property. I was there 2 years ago and they do have better quality of rooms. Now I am not sure if I even want to return here.

Beautiful and quiet place to stay - centrally located to Wine Trail and other Eastern Township spots. Sidewalk to town in one direction, hospital in other. COVID conscious.

Unique Victorian style decor, wood floors throughout instead of the typical carpeted floors, large bathroom, super clean.

We loved our stay. We ventured to parts of the Eastern Townships, the owners were very helpful with restaurants in the area and things to do. The breakfast was wonderful.

The property is very nice. An older, well-kept property. The location was very quiet for sleeping.

It's a beautiful place; however, they don't put the maximum effort to help their clients. I asked for ice at 7pm and they sad it was too late for them to help me becasue they are not a hotel but a B&B. What a lame excuse to be lazy. At least, have a freezer where people can go and get the ice they need.

Nous avons choisi l’auberge pour une virée mère-fille ayant besoin de nous ressourcer suite à la perte d’un être très cher. Personnellement, j’aime me retrouver dans un cadre chaleureux et rassurant pour terminer les journées à l’extérieur. Les hôtes sont très gentils et serviables sauf que nous avions réservé la suite pour plus de confort et malheureusement il faisait tellement froid dans la chambre que j’ai du conserver mon châle de laine et pour nous réchauffer nous avons pris la douche et vitesse et nous sommes réfugiées sous la couette. Les installations sont très bien, lit, literie, etc mais nous aurions souhaité pouvoir rester assises à discuter tranquillement mais sans avoir le bout des doigts glacés. Nous avons du demander à notre hôte par téléphone de baisser la climatisation et ce les deux soirs. Cette situation ne nous a pas permis de profiter de notre séjour autant que nous aurions souhaité le faire. Dommage car l’endroit est bucolique et la maison regorge de beautés. Sans compter que les hôtes sont vraiment extras. Peut-être un jour retenterons-nous l’expérience!

Great room clean comfortable bed secure only problem there was no soap in the shower and the TV had only 4 Chanel’s 3 French one English

My wife says that this is the most romantic place that we have ever stayed. After 2 stays I am still impressed. Lovely accommodations, great service and a fantastic breakfast.

A beautiful place to stay. Unique. Rooms were immaculate.
