The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and the facilities were easily accessible

For vegetarian options in breakfast, they charged money for sandwich and potato fries. But mentioned that breakfast is free of cost

When we entered our room it had a strong smell of cigarette, the hot tub did not work. They have tried to do some upgrade not amazing job but decent. Price was a good value. They offer a very limited breakfast included additional cost of $8 for eggs

Some Staff at the breakfast area were really not friendly.

I wish they gave you a toothbrush & toothpaste for your stay. We forgot to bring one, unfortunately. We asked for some pillows as they were so flat. They gave us one. I guess that was better than nothing. Staffs were nice and helpful. We got the King Suite with King-sized bed & jetted tub. It was nice & comfy. The room was a little small compared to our previous stays. We were only bothered by the shower room as it was half the size of a regular one. We literally couldn’t shower together. My partner was too tall for the shower. It was definitely a one-person shower. I’m a tiny woman and it was still too small for me. I could barely move inside. Two tiny me wouldn’t fit in the shower but other than that, the overall stay was okay.

One of my worst experiences of staying at a hotel. The washroom ceilings had molds on them. So dirty and unsafe environment. The staff was very unprofessional. They checked my id 3 times in the same day and kept asking me if i was staying at their hotel. Their floors were smelling of weed and smoke. Had to checkout early and shift to another hotel at expensive price. Worst experience ever.

Okay front desk needs improving

The jet tub stopped running out of no where but that’s because they had the fans on the same circuit as the jet tub which isn’t a good idea with me being an electrician. So was out of a jet tub for half the day. Could hear other people doing their business which wasn’t great either.

No water in the fridge, no toilet brush, cracked sink and horrible smell of Marijuana everywhere.

Hotel is good. breakfast is the average.

I spent 3 hours in the lobby of the hotel because the staff wouldn’t give me access to the room I paid for at 1am after I had just got home from Vancouver. I showed them my receipt, my confirmation number, even that the room was booked under my name but still couldn’t have access to my room. Also the airport shuttle was out of service that night. Don’t waste your money here the staff is useless.

Room was very cold upon arrival no heat on and minus 20 outside Room took hours to warm. Too tired to change rooms

I was very disappointed that they had special rate for regular stay over guest, but was not told about this, let alone offered. Even though I asked them, and later found out that what they told me was inaccurate. As it relates to rate I believe I was charged same or more, that other customers who was on a shorter time than me, and could very well charge me more than guests who stated equal time. so I had to discontinue booking directly with them. Also, front desk see you at least twice a day for about 2months, yet they kept asking you what’s your room number - after sometime I I think they should know their regular guest and room numbers- I believe this was very impersonal, showing no respect welcoming you or Also, What I have noticed about the front desk workers, most of them refused to say good morning or gd night, if you acknowledge them. Surprisingly, one morning I said hi to one if them and she responded by saying how are you- this was amazing!!!! business. Of note, is that there is one gentleman who kept acknowledging guests. Which I think was normal and quiet good. Also, I had a very very stressful time getting my room done properly and at a reasonably time by certain individuals. Others, did their job expected - which I highly appreciated, and mentioned to management.
