Clean and good location

The room we got was very humid

From entering this property we were not met with hospitality. It didn’t affect us as we were only there for the location of the fireworks for our three kids. I understand the hotel May be used to working men however if it is a hotel for working men it should state that. We arrived at 9:15 for breakfast and most of the “hot breakfast” was gone & they ran out so was not planning to replenish. Upon check out we paid. Cash deposit so they had to check the room before returning it- they complained on minimal things so I stated I have photos of cleaning supplies left behind in our room Upon arrival. Coffeee split down the door of the bathroom, the trim around inside of bathroom door really dirty & the overall cow illness just not up to par however the bedding and towels were clean so we didn’t complain as it was a quick night stay with our kids for newyesrs. The front desk attendant was very rude once again, stated I should drop the “attitude” as if I were her child. My children were standing there with me so I replied with I don’t speak to my own children that way please don’t speak ti me like I am a child. She didn’t respond or say much more after that. We got our return and left.

great room clean, great pool

I found one lady at the front desk particularly very unprofessional. As i walked up to correct my check out time I noticed she was playing a game on her phone. It was not very discreet at all, in fact, my son and I may have stood there for a brief minute before she looked up and acknowledged us. I do not mind killing time on your phone while at work with no customers; however we were standing right in front of her, in an open lobby. On the bright side; my son, boyfriend and I absolutely loved the hotel experience. We enjoyed access to the pool, waterside and hot tub, as well as the free refreshments in the lobby. Very accommodating and will definitely be staying again!

staff were very friendly. Wasn’t anything fancy but for the price point it was better than average. would stay here again.

Love the waterslide pool my kid loved it ! Breakfast was great too!
