Very unwelcoming to breastfeeding. They called or knocked 3 times between 11-11:15 to ask us to leave and each time is explained I was in the middle of breastfeeding my 7 week old baby and described that it’s difficult to time when and how long she will feed. As a first time mom, I’m sure they could have given more leeway then 15 minutes. I ended up cutting my feed short and finishing in the truck. We will never stay again. Breastfeeding mothers beware.

I was woken up at 2:30am by hotel staff knocking on the door and asking me to leave because they heard “complaints” about my room. I said they had the wrong room because it was just my 8 year old daughter and I sleeping. The staff realized they were wrong and left. NO ONE came to apologize for disrupting our sleep (we had an early flight) it for scaring my daughter! I’ve never experienced something like this at a hotel and will never be staying there again.

Was ok, decent, paid for a premium room but it wasnt any different from others. So not sure what the point of paying more. Had a room by the pool, was stinky and asked to switch rooms but wasn’t able to, was told no other rooms were available, although they weren’t sold out.

When you walk into hotel it’s dark and has drab plant boxes that need a lot of TLC.
Not welcoming in many aspects.
Had booked 2 rooms. One had a view of another room with old furniture, plastic hanging from ceiling. Wish I could attach a picture. Bed old and lumpy. Bathrooms small and not a lot of room to put toiletries. Other room a bit better.
Plus side, relatively clean and close to shopping mall.
Not worth the price.

Overall, it was good. We couldn't get in to our room as we were 15 minutes early, and the restaurant was closed for dinners. Also, it's only plastic cups in our room, but the bar was helpful. I would definitely stay here again..

Found a coach roach in room. Moved to different room found coach roach shell and very dirty heating thing didn’t seem like they swept. No immediate resolution till Wednesday to see what they say
