Good facility with 24 hour snack bar. Great location but the lady receptionist needs major improvement. I booked 2 rooms under 2 names, and one name was informed as “non booking”. a friend of mine whose name was informed as non booking guest, due to long hour flight was very disappointed and frustrated. He showed his booking confirmation but the lady receptionist confirming as non booking. I finally called to reconfirm the booking. About one hour or so the booking was found. My friend suspected she was checking his name under other people’s booking. I personally have one problem with card key I returned back to hotel in the afternoon I found out my key could only open the door but when I put it into the electric slot it did not switch on the electricity. So I went down to the receptionist desk telling my problem. The same lady named Aida or Adda if I am not mistaken said she will send technician to fix the problem. I waited for 10 min or so but nobody showed up then I went down to the front desk again and the lady saying the technician will be up shortly. Then I went up again but there was nobody in front of my room door. Then 5 min later I saw someone was checking the control panel near my room and I told him my problem. He checked my problem then he asked me to go to the front desk and have my card key reset and reissued This technician man went down to the front desk and told the lady to reset the key but the lady told him that she has no authorization to do so. Very absurd. So this technician man calling someone else via his wechat saying the guest needs to get in to the room resting and cannot let him wait for too long. 10 min or so later one guy showed up and with his authoritative high tone told the receptionist lady to reset the key and reissue a new card key. The key was immediately reissued on the spot. I wonder why she did not do it when I came to her telling my key problem. She could have done it without all the hassle. On the check out day I saw another lady receptionist calling an already checked out guest at the elevator shouting whether the room has already been paid. The already checked out guest was infuriated shouting back “the room has been paid otherwise I would have not walked away.” Fortunately the elevator door closed off otherwise there’d be another quarreling scene at the lobby. This very good hotel really needs major. Repair on lady receptionist

The district is clean surrounded by malls, the hotel is clean, the lounges are free, spectacular.
