The hotel was clean and spacious and the staff friendly. There were no restaurant facilities but as I was visiting relatives it didn’t matter to me but could have been an issue if I hadn’t already eaten as there are no eating places nearby without a drive. I wasn’t informed if this when I booked

Very spacious hotel and nice surroundings, although the hotel is looking old and tired and much in need of refurbishment, as old carpets and lift have heavy pungent smell, and unpleasant when moving around the hotel

We stay in this hotel quite often as it is near family. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is very nice. Some parts of the hotel are a little tired and need a refurb but rooms are fine, warm and beds comfortable. Price of room is very reasonable.

This was an okay stay. Lots of car parking space, but only a few in front of hotel. My room was a long walk from reception, but adequate for a 1 night stay. Cannot remember much more about the venue.

This si the second visit to this property in the last few years, I didnt recall how poor condition it was the first time i visited ( for a week ) . Vomit uncleanrd at the top of the stairs to floor 1, a Buffet breakgast that quite frankly can only be descaribed as grim for the princeley sum of £15, for this i woul dexpect fresh to order.
The property itself is very tired and needs bvadky updating, location is great and it should potentially be a winner but service is mediocre at best.

Sad part is that we chose this hotel to watch the football, when we was ready to have food at the bar and watch football we were told that it doesn’t work. So we had to leave the hotel in the rain to find a pub to watch the game. Hotel staff didn’t help or assist with recommendations. The breakfast in the morning, very mediocre, the area was very dated, didn’t look very pleasant. I wouldn’t stay here again, overall the hotel was a 2/5, very dusty and unclean.
