Very good hotel for the price. Not a fancy place but has a great balance of price vs. quality. Good breakfast, quiet place, conveniently located near the underground station. Highly recommend to those who don't want to pay insanely high prices for good quality hotels in the historic part of London.

A perfect stay in London with our family of 7. The hotel is convenient to all places of London using nearby public transportation. Also, the breakfast was fabulous and exactly what my family wanted to eat before heading out each day.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and in good condition, the only relevant downside to call out is that we booked a family room for two adults and two children, but the sofa bed for the children was very small (narrow) - we just about managed one night, but it is certainly not of the same size as, e.g., an equivalent sofa bed in a Premier Inn. Otherwise all good.

It was nice, suited the purpose as we were off the facility most of the time, rooms are not quite spacious and old but clean, staff were friendly and nice, breakfast was very good, it’s overall good for budget travel where you just need a place to sleep after a long day of leisure. Thank you

Room was very clean, well presented and location was excellent. Breakfast was great.
Only negatives were the pillows I think were made of titanium and had a bit of a wait when checking out even though a member of the team walked passed us. Other than that, all good.

Booked a standard room with option of queen or twin beds booked queen bed but was given twin beds and told it would be £20 extra for a queen bed
Even though it was an option ??
Toilet blocked an room electrics went which made us late for a venue we was attending

Great spot to launch adventures around London. We did lots of walking but also super easy access to the tube to and from Heathrow. Tons of great food options around the neighborhood and a great hotel breakfast!

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm rooms are very clean and plenty of amenities.The breakfast was amazing also I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the managers and she’s was very friendly I will recommend this hotel to anyone that visited London .

The windows were not able to open. Room was a little bit stuffy. Bed was comfortable. Janet, the lady on the front desk was very helpful as she kept my son’s package of cheese which he was taking back to the USA in the hotel fridge. Breakfast was okay, only one type of egg which was scrambled and I would think we powdered instant eggs.

Very happy with stay. No frills in room but it was clean and extremely quiet, as requested. Bed very comfortable, and good pillows! Any staff we met were friendly with a smile on their face. Bus just around corner to tube station or easy walking distance. Would happily stay again.
