Maldron Hotel Finsbury Park, London

The property was clean and well maintained. The TV selection was very poor, would have been nice to watch Sky Sports in my room instead of sitting in a bar. Nevertheless I would stay there again

The property is clean and modern. The staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well-appointed and logically laid out. Breakfast is good, with a wide choice of components. My only feedback for improvement is that I think the quality of the scrambled eggs could be bettered. I know Finsbury Park well and it's a good transport hub for connecting London. Closer by, a short walk will take you to Stroud Green and a short bus ride or one tube stop to Islington or Stoke Newington.

Super overnight stay, great location and wonderful staff

This was the worst experience hotel ever been to. Booked a room six months in advance and when arrived for booking we had no room! Double booked us. They moved us to a sister hotel which was ok, but we had plans etc from the hotel we booked. We were messed about a lot and still to this day had no return email from management at this hotel as promised to refund extra travel expenses we encountered. This was booked end of November 2024, so they have had plenty of time to sort out!

Great staff and it’s a walking distance from lots of good restaurants and convenience stores. Close to Emirates Stadium

Wonderful hotel great transport

This hotel absolutely made our trip to England very memorable. The breakfast was amazing, the in-room services were phenomenal. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, incredible location for public transportation as well! It’s a great spot for Arsenal fans and everyone else! It was actually a very safe area, you can explore the shops on and around the street before heading to the stations.

We found the hotel was ideally located for visiting family over the festive period. The room was clean, tidy and of sufficient size with a quaint but tidy bathroom. The range of food for breakfast was excellent and service from staff was very friendly and courteous. The bar served excellent choice of drinks within a very comfortable setting. The facilities were excellent and we will use this hotel for future trips to London.

The hotel is bigger than I expected, in a good way, and very busy. It is very close to Finsbury Park tube which is very handy. The Deluxe double room is small with a standard double bed; the pillows are uncomfortable, The air con in our room did not function very well and the first night there we froze despite altering the thermostat to high. Second night was the opposite! Obviously during the day the high temperature kicked in so when we returned to the room in the evening it was like a sauna. we changed the thermostat to low but to no avail. We got back to the hotel at around 23:30 and the bar area was quite full with people waiting for a drink but noone was serving. I spoke with a chap setting the tables in the dining room and asked if he could serve and he said the man at reception was also the barman. I spoke with him and he came round and started serving someone else which lead to further outcry as other people had been there longer! It was chaos all due to no one being behind the bar (for some time). To make matters worse he was rude to the customers. Just ridiculous costing the hotel money by not selling / serving drinks and his poor customer service. I'd like to say I would stay there again but its all left a sour taste in my mouth. Poor show.

Very well equipped room , steamer for clothes, water, tea coffee etc . Great lighting for make up, great air con , full length mirror .

The property is in good located near Finsbury Park Station and is modern and well-appointed. The check-in and check-out processes are very simple and the staff are welcoming and helpful and attended promptly to all the queries I had. Would stay again.

Very nice stay. Comfy beds, nice dining area and right by Finsbury Park tube.

I believe the building is soundproof because my room overlooked the railway tracks and I could not hear the trains passing by. It was quite peaceful in the room.

Lovely hotel close to the tube station. Great spacious rooms and staff were lovely. Breakfast great value for money.

Very nice place, five minute walk to under and above ground trains. Sound proofing is excellent! Breakfast was very good! Staff is friendly and helpful. They made my stay memorable!
