Amazing location right in the heart of the West end. Easy access to covent garden, soho, china town, oxford street and regent street. Great hotel, service and bar / restaurant. Great quality breakfast.

The location was great, so much to explore in Covent Garden. Seven Dials Market is just steps away.
I had 2 rooms booked, room with 2 single beds didn’t have a refrigerator, so that was a bit disappointing.
Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable.

I had reserved a corner suite with a tub. The room I was put in was not a corner suite and was dark and ugly. When I called the desk for a change the woman tried to verbally bully me. After much back and forth was moved to a family room to have tub access. Also dark and drab. The next day was finally moved to a corner suite for the remainder of the stay. Having been in 3 rooms they do not look at all like the web site. Rooms are dark,,carpet and furniture are worn. Noise level is high in this neighborhood. Breakfast and room service were both good. Cost is high.

Wonderful location in center of action, close to great shopping, theater, tube station and super walkable. Good room size and super comfy bed. Relatively modern and updated. Room lacks mini fridge and bathroom fan. Super thankful that the window opens for fresh air and air circulation. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

It was fine but the lifts had steps down and you had to step up into room and then as soon as you get in 2 steps down which we where not told about and room dark when we first went in and we could have fallen

This is in a very good location and we stayed there (years ago) several times. We had two rooms because we had our children. The hotel charges and presents itself as a luxury hotel. It isn't! Our housekeepers didn't clean our room all day although it was vacant and we had to leave our room twice after 4:30PM so they could clean. Housekeeping was a problem and a concierge told us that they were not employees---they used an outside service. Some of the concierges were helpful, but many not. It is definitely not worth the price. We will not return.

Very nice hotel in London's West End. Within walking distance to most theaters. This hotel was very clean and efficient. Nice restaurant. Food was good. Breakfast was a little pricey. Twin room was small, but typical for English hotel rooms. All staff, with the exception of one in reception, were exceptionally kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.
