Literally walked in to a junkie sat on the floor rattling

Well I’ve stayed in some pretty cheap £50 hotels but my god this place either needs an insurance job doing on it or shutting the place down immediately!! Absolutely disgusting isn’t the word! Drunk people on corridor till 2 o clock in the morning blasting music, drunk people arguing outside in the smoking area threatening the staff member, then 6am people bringing stuff up off there throat for about half an hour in the shared bathroom, walls are like paper also, and 8am hits and the music of a speaker starts blasting the building down again! Tried sticking me in a room where the tv had been stolen a few days before and a cuboard with no draws in the Cuboard.. please stay in your car than waste money on this place I am not over exaggerating when I say this place is disgusting the pillows stink and I tried to sleep with my coat over my pillow, I believe they house homeless people there also which isn’t a problem but the type of people they do house there are a massive problem! I don’t know how I try and get a refund back probably won’t, the building looks like your about to enter a jail with black bars and about 20cctv cameras around the building.

Was not the best of stays for what I paid. Brace yourself for loud noises at night.

Room clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Nicola accomodated an early check in for me too.

You get what you pay for, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the en-suite was a good size with a powerful shower. The facilities offered were brilliant with the kitchen being very clean and neat. Nicola couldn’t have been any more helpful throughout our stay. Will stay again soon.

Awful place couldn’t even find find a way in the door- in a rough part of town with very basic facilities. I paid a lot for the room- I’ll never be back!

Comfortable stay and clean

The other guests were shocking. The noise they made is unbelievable! Really loud music and shouting and things would have ruined my experience if it weren't just for needing an escape

It was dark when I was trying to find the property, when it's described as a guest house you would think a sign for the guest house would be lit up. The location of the property was in the backstreets of an area that I would describe as the pits . With no lit up sign for the guest house I simply couldn't find it in the dark. When I did find it I couldn't find anywhere to park my car . When I did find a place to park I didn't feel safe walking to the guest house which is one door. I was looking for a building lit up showing the name of the guest house, when in fact I was looking for one door. Disgraceful. !!!!!! When I did get to the said sport to get in the building I couldn't , I didn't get in the building because of the electronic number combination lock would not let me in. I carried out the instructions given to open the electronic key pad several times correctly but the lock would not let me in. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't enjoy my visit in Burnley as I couldn't have dinner with a bottle of wine. I simply gave the joke guest house up and drive home . With no refunds once you have booked and paid , which I had. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!!!! this guest house and location. The back streets of an area I could only describe as "The "PITS"

They were not prepared for my visit. I arrived at about 19:15 and was left waiting in the cold rain outside before being let in

Not safe for contractor van Had all my tool stolen from out site the place .

We arrived at 5 and our room wasn’t ready. The road it says it was on is wrong. Someone has just left our room. We had to wait on the stairs whilst it was being sorted. Builders we’re drilling until 11 at night. Looks nothing like the photos. Broken window. Mattress still in it’s wrapper. Bathroom smelt of stale cigarettes. Noisy. We could hear people being sick through the night. Broken tv. Wires everywhere. Awful

Pictures on Expedia were not accurate (kitchen facility, town center view). Staff was very friendly and accommodating and overall a pleasant experience for the price.

Es ist das Geld nicht wert , sehr laut , keine frischen Handtücher , ungepflegtes Erscheinungsbild des Hotels ( Zimmer) sehr eng keinen Schrank für Kleidung , Bad Dusche veraltet oder nicht gepflegt Boden dreckig hat geklebt vor Schmutz, Küchen Abteil sehr schmutzig und verbraucht ...... mangelhaft nicht zu empfehlen

Dårlig forhåndsinformasjon vedr. ankomst. Ingen resepsjon, men noen dukket opp for å gi meg koder til dørene. Bør gis mer detaljert informasjon om dette.

Le contact avant l'entrée des lieux n'a pas été bien clair. Toutefois, une fois sur place, le séjour s'est très bien passé, tout à fait dans mes attentes : endroit très propre, le nécessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part. Le lieu reste le moins cher sur Burnley. J'y retournerais si je serais amené à le faire.

Personalet på stedet vsr snill og grei. Det storsre rommet var ikke det som er pp bilde. Badet var forferdelig, ca1 kvadratmeter som inneholder dusj, toailet og vask. Kunne ikke dusjet ordentlig. Måtte finne meg en annen hotel neste dag og fikk ikke penger for resten av 4 dager betalt opphold. De nektet å refundere pengene. Tips. Skal du prøve her, betale for kun en dag eller maks 2 eller kan du ikke angre. Eller fin annen sted.
