The room is very dirty and the furniture is not good condition. Smoking smells , old.

The shower was mouldy and dirty The smell was horrible I could hear a washing machine at 4am in the morning In a few words,never again

The accommodation was great - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Handy location - surprisingly easy walk to important sights. Most importantly I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff are. Very responsive, engaged and caring. Travellers do need to be prepared for noise though, street noise can be loud but diminishes after 9pm. The internal walls and floors are not insulated at all and noise between apartments can be loud although the other residents were generally quiet.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very thin walls/ceilings/flooring meant I could hear neighbours clearly and creaking floor boards from above kept waking me. Otherwise a pleasant stay and well located.

The room itself wasn’t bad but walls are extremely thin, you can literally hear every footstep in the room above you. Bed was very uncomfortable. WiFi stopped working the next day.

Apartment nice and clean but down a very narrow staircase. Mattress cheap and uncomfortable

Abu and Khurram were super nice responsive. We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was exactly what we needed: cozy and functional.

The supply of hot water was not consistent.

The apartment is very pretty, very clean, functional and especially very well placed. we are very happy with our stay in london and the apartment is for many. The welcome is warm and friendly. we highly recommend it

The Wi-fi code did not work. I walked around on the floor with only my socks on and they were dirty in about 3 minutes!

very convenient for my trip purpose Would be an idea to give a local map of local points of interest.

The office team were very helpful and informative. They let us know about local shops and restaurants and gave us a folder with lots of local info. Apartment was clean, well equipped and very secure. A great stay.

Great apartment- home from home

Return visit after several comfortable stays in the past few years. The appartment (No. 3) I stayed in this time was around the corner of the building, so there was a lot less noise from the busy Commercial Road in front of the building. The appartment was a tad smaller than other appartments I've stayed in, but just as comfortable and large enough for 1-2 people. The walls and floors are thin, so there can be noise from adjoining appartments.

Perfect for me when I’m working in London. They can be quite noisy with road and other guests coming in/out but when it’s only for a night it doesn’t bother me. The team are always really accommodating in terms of check in/out

The apartment was generally clean and well stocked with the exception of milk. Really frustrating to arrive after hours of travel however, luckily their is an off licenese across the road

Okay so it was next to a busy road and we could hear movement from the people in the apartment above. Once you get over that the location for us was good with the tube only minutes away with a choice of 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk plus other amenities. We arrived a little early but fortunately everything was ready for us and we could check in. The apartment itself was a little tired but served us fine. The space inside was great with everything we needed to fend for ourselves. We were also able to leave our luggage after we had checked out, as we weren't leaving london until later in the day, which was great.

Spacious apartment and well functioned kitchen. Just the window is right next to the corridor which might be unsafe.

Great little apartment, well located just 3 minutes walk from Aldgate East Underground. The aprtment is clean and tidy and perfect for that central London meeting/stay. Shower needs a bit of WD40 - difficult to turn on and you are right on Commercial Road so yes you can hear the sirens! I would defintely stay again.
