Absolutely amazing stay. We went over New Year with two dogs. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a New Year’s Eve party going on directly below us and we didn’t hear a thing.
Ordered room service and the food was sublime. The dog’s had a turn down service with treats in their bowls.
Gorgeous hotel. Amazing staff. Great food. Can’t wait to go back.
Don’t be put off by the parking. It’s very easy and close to the hotel and very affordable.

We stayed at the White Horse for a wedding. The room we had was huge, and had all the expected amenities. The hotel is in an excellent position for exploring the pretty market town.

The hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere. It was beautifully decorated as it was close to Christmas. We thought that the lady on Reception was very helpful and smiley. Our room was beautifully furnished, with added touches of homlineness. Breakfast was very good, freshley cooked. Everything was of a high standard.

Only downside was size of the room I had 108 and is little cramped and needs a brighter light when doing makeup was ok for 1 night but if staying longer would ask if they had bigger rooms

Lovely rooms in a beautifully decorated and cosy inn in the centre of town. Lovely touches with espresso machine, nice bathroom products and quality linen and very well cleaned. Didn’t eat or drink there so can’t comment. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

The room had everything, lovely robes and slippers. Coffee machine, water, biscuits but no mint tea sachets, I can cope with that 🙂 Very comfortable bed and I loved the pillow spray, which I used. Loved the fluffy towels. The note left by Sally was a lovely touch. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing too. Wonderful helpful staff who helped us find our room and carry our case.
