Location near spitalfields market. Lots of shopping and dining. The room was very close to the Liverpool St. Station. Note. There is no sign on the street that has the property name. I had to call the number and a guy cme out to meet me..

Location is amazing. Check in super easy and friendly and a nice guy takes you to your room. The hallways have old carpet and it smells musty and like food. The door room numbers are an a4 piece of paper taped on the door. Inside the rooms are just battered. Walls stained and chipped. Chair leg broken, woods with no edges etc. It wasn’t great.
Linen and towels clean though. Look, it wasn’t the best. More of a home made hostel. But it did the job for the night. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

The room was very small and whilst it did have a redecorated bathroom this hadn’t been finished. In addition there was a bright green security light on all the time which actually lit up the room substantially. The corridor was quite shabby. Overall I think it was very over priced

Stayed here a few times. Love it! Perfect location. Right by Liverpool St. station. No lifts to property. Room quiet. Some with balcony. Great host. Found on-road parking £5 ph though 4 hours maximum stay but worked around free parking times.

It would have been perfect except for the very bright green fire alarm (I presume) light that could not be turned off. It meant sleep was intermittent. If it would be possible to turn if off I would return. If not I won’t. Please advise

Was a little difficult to find, make sure you look out for the email with detailed location information on your day of check in!
Very close to Liverpool Street Station and, although on a noisy back street with pubs and bars, the room I had was in the middle of the building and there was no street noise heard.

The email sent with all the passcodes to the main entry and door got stuck in my junk hotmail folder but fortunately I picked this up. As you enter the building it does not give a good impression as it could be tidier I.e walls are marked etc however the room was clean And bathroom was really nice and smartly done. Overall a good standard for what I paid. I liked the fact it was not noisy so it was a pleasant stay. Thank you

The fire alarm went off twice; one at 11:30 at night which I believe was set off by the people in the room next door when they came back drunk and the second time at 8:30am and they couldn’t turn it off. Luckily I checked out at 9:10 so only had to put up with it for 40mins!
The people next door were loud and drunk and there was obviously a fairly large group and they got locked out their room because they couldn’t remember the code for the door. There was only me and it was quite worrying as the doors to the rooms felt like they could have been forced easily.
My tv didn’t work in my room... but I had my iPad so could watch Netflix... so this wasn’t so bad....
Otherwise positive... there was a fridge and WiFi!

Overall, the accommodation is immaculate, very clean, it appears to be newly refurbished; bed very comfortable; powerful and hot shower - shampoo, conditioner, body wash all supplied. There is a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, TV all in the room including tea/coffee facilities. The only feedback would be that 1) the door number of the property was only mentioned once amongst the many booking emails I received; 2) the number on the property was not easily seen from the street; 3) gaining access to your room is via a pin code however its not obvious that the pin pad is actually part of the door handle; 4) when exiting the property, the green exit button is not easily marked. However, overall, for an inner city stay, this is superb accommodation.
