No room available. We waited in lobby for 30 mins while staff member tried to call other hotels. Finally he said they did have a room (not the type we booked). All the waiting for nothing. Now in the room and there is a whistling noise coming from the vent. No other rooms available. Will never stay here again

It would be better Experian if we had the air con working first day also one of the receptionist was really rude dealing with our request of either changing the room because the room we were has faulty AC and window doesn’t close properly that is why you can hear the noise of the motorway so obvious.

The night staff was not friendly, they would let us watch tv from the other area. Finally a French man got mad and ask for the remote so we can watch Olympics. Also, I bought water for 3 euros & I gave the guy 10 euros he stated that he didn’t have change but when my female friend ask in French he was willing to look for change in the safety cashier box.

Beds are comfortable that I actually regretted not staying longer.I wish they have more facilities like pool ,gym and a hot tub to relax after walking for a day at Disneyland.
