I like this hotel because it is just two metro stops away from Gare du Nord while being way better than any comparatively priced options near the station. The Canal de l'Ourcq and the Buttes Chaumont nearby are great areas for a walk or a run. The local area has a lot of food options that won't break the bank. Rooms are clean and quiet.

The room we were given was much smaller than expected, more like a cramped box room and it was quite dusty and this made me very ill. The AC was not easy to use and i had to fiddle with it to warm the room up. The room was so small and there was hardly any room to walk around the bed and I did not like this at all. The location was abit out of city centre.

I didnt like the carpet in the room because it gets easy dorty over time. The bed wasnt that confortable and a whole in the middle. But all in all it was a clean and tidy room.

The hotel has lovely staff who are accommodating and speak multiple languages, the rooms are compact but comfortable and have sliding doors to the bathroom as to not take up space in the room. However from our room you could hear the noise of the city up until 2am this wasn’t a problem for us although it may be for families with young children.

One of the worst hotel receptionists i've met. Got there at 12pm a bit too early to check in which was faire enough, receptionist told us to come back at 2pm when check in opens. We wanted around and sat in a cafe and cam back at 2pm. She said the room isnt ready yet and to wait 5 mins. we waited 25 before i asked if it was perhaps ready yet. she told me she cant say when its ready and that check in opens at 2 but it could be anytime after and that was the hotel policy? meaning we could be waiting there until anytime after as in like 7pm and told us to go away out for the day and come back. We said we would like to go to the room to change for dinner etc but she was so so rude saying she doesnt know when the room will be ready and to go away. Honestly i sat there crying waiting an hour and 10 mins in the lobby after an 8 hr flight with no apology and the receptionist just saying stop crying. she was speaking french to another woman who was also super rude not knowing that i speak french. Room was small and smelly food from street came right inside. Just dont go here, not worth the agro or stress

Such a great experience staying here while in Paris! Clean property, kind and helpful staff. They happily accomodated my special requests and did an amazing job. Would love to stay here again if I am ever back in Paris.

Booked comfy double bed room. However, the room was so tiny and can’t move two persons together in that room. Bathroom door wasn’t closing completely as it is not a proper door and designed very badly. We struggled with very minimal luggage (backpacks) itself. Can’t imagine that room with standard trolley bag. No exhaust in toilet too. Bedding was another big issue, mattress was very cheap and was feeling springs when used for few hours. We both have got disturbed sleep because of it and now we’re suffering from a bad body pain. ☹️

A great location, not too far from the Eurostar station. Not too hard to find. You have the option to get here from the station via Metro or by walking. We didn’t have much luggage, so we walked and it was easy. Walk took about 20 minutes.
Reception wasn’t busy when we arrived, so check in was quick and easy.
We got the room at the end at the top floor, with no lifts, but it was fine as we were young and fit. Room was good, had what we needed for a few days and for the evenings to rest. We were out sightseeing most of the day. Really convenient location, with two supermarkets on the same round, quick walking distance.
Room had a large bed, TV, kettle, and the main facilities. Room was small and compact. Toilet was small and had to walk to the other side to wash my hands. Shower always had hot water when we used it, and there was shower gel, cream and hairdryer; with a warming drying rack too.
Air con wasn’t the strongest, and it times out, but good enough for our stay in September.
Bed was comfortable. Just didn’t have a safe or wardrobe, but not too big of an issue, there were a few hangers.
The main thing was it was clean.

Reasonably efficient room, but they were never able to get the mini-fridge working (even though I reported the problem on the 1st of a 4-day stay). Housekeeping service was very good, but the mattress itself was a bit soft.
