We stayed in an apartment at the Les Chalets de Praroustan residence, and our experience was very disappointing. As soon as we arrived, we noticed an obvious lack of cleanliness: hairs were present on the mattress, and the bathtub, visibly poorly cleaned, contained hairs. The accommodation also lacked basic comfort and amenities, with only two towels provided for four people. In addition, the water in the bathroom was lukewarm, even cold, making showers very unpleasant, and the bath drained itself due to a technical problem. We also faced insulation problems, with a cold wind passing under the doors, making the home difficult to heat. Furthermore, there was no physical reception, which is regrettable in order to resolve the various problems encountered. We were asked to clean before our departure, but no cleaning products were made available, which shows a blatant lack of organization. Finally, the few exchanges we had with the person in charge were very unpleasant: his attitude was contemptuous and unprofessional, which considerably worsened our experience. In summary, we are extremely disappointed by this residence, where the service and comfort are clearly not at the expected level. We absolutely do not recommend it.

The location of the chalet is ideal, thanks to the shuttle which allows convenient access to the gondolas. However, we were disappointed by the rooms, which were poorly laid out. The bedding service, charged extra, was unsatisfactory: the sheets and blankets were in deplorable condition, showing traces of dirt and hairs. It is inconceivable that, despite the additional cost for this service, the bedding was provided in such a condition. This greatly affected our stay because a restful night's sleep is essential to fully enjoy a day of skiing.

Super cute apartment and faithful to the description on the other hand lousy welcome and bordering on unpleasant... No indication, no direct meeting... let's hope the deposit is not cashed... A smile, even on the phone is not never kill anyone 😘

Cozy apartment for a family of 5 members. Two bedrooms. A bunk bed and a large living area with balcony with panoramic view. Excellent location for hiking and visiting Barcellonette and the Ubayè valley.

On arrival, we are thrilled with the apartment. Quickly disappointed: chalet designed for 8 people but much too small for 8 (lack of storage, mini ski room, impossible to store everything there, table too small... NO WIFI! Mind-blowing! Far from everything! Cleaning to be done when leaving but no products left available... More than mediocre reception by the staff. For 1500€ per week in 55m2, the quality/price ratio leaves something to be desired... a little smile and kindness wouldn't hurt...
