Holiday Inn Express RINGSHEIM, an IHG Hotel

Staff very polite, just was surprised there is a parking fee. All rest was great!

Friendly and helpful staff, early check-in (not guaranteed, of course), and a really good breakfast, including excellent ham, decent coffee, and some of the best scrambled eggs I've ever had in a hotel. My only gripe is an €8/day car parking fee, which I either didn't notice on Hotels.com, or wasn't listed there.

Ideal for visiting eurpapark

Stayed for 5 nights while at Europa Park. Lovely clean hotel, usually stay in Premier Inn in UK when at theme parks and this was so much better. Breakfast was lovely, restocked constantly, clean hotel. They don’t clean your room every day but you can get towels etc from reception or housekeeping. They even decorated a table for my son’s birthday. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel offers convenience, good clean facilities, nice staff, great breakfast at reasonable prices.

Our stay was comfortable and we found the rooms to be very modern and clean. Breakfast is just OK and a bit repetitive after 3 days. The staff are friendly and the location is super close to Europa Park which is what we needed. Food options are limited but if you drive to neighbouring towns there are decent restaurant choices. The major negative for me is not having daily maid service. I do understand the environmental benefit, but after 3 days we really needed fresh towels. You have to ask reception for them but reception were happy to oblige.

Pros - Good size room, comfortable bed and good shower. All clean and tea/coffee facilities. Easy access to local roads. Friendly staff and helpful with gluten free rolls at breakfast. Cons - Had booked sofa bed too but had to make it myself, shame not a hot breakfast and extra cost to park. Air con also didn’t work. Otherwise all good.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff polite.

We stayed for 3 nights with our 12-year-old son. We went to Europa Park and Rulantica. The hotel is new, very nice. The breakfast is typical American. The only downside is the room is a bit small for three. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the staff and the hotel was not bad either. i just did not like the area it was in as their was not much to do.

Breakfast was ok, room was clean but the bed sheets were dirty with hair on it. Location is GREAT, 5 mins from Europa Park

Nice 3 star hotel. Small but good rooms. Public bus station right outside for easy transport to Europapark. Staff helpful and always smiling!0

Property was clean comfortable and well equipped for what we needed. Breakfast was fresh. Staff were friendly.

Mi primera vez con mi familia a Alemania. Que gente del hotel tan amable. Hasta una chica alemana del hotel me pregunto de donde eramos porque hablabamos espanol y ella esta casada con un mexicano. Una atencion unica e inolvidable. Con sonrisas y detalles únicos. Definitivamente regresamos

We really enjoyed this property. The front desk staff are all amazing and the breakfast has a lot of options. Great location close to Europa Park and a lot of other larger cities.

Hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean, no problem with the room or service. Indeed the reception staff deserve special mention because they did their best helping us translate phone calls etc when our car broke down. The location of the hotel means there isn’t much within walking distance for eating etc but there is a bus stop outside and very easy access to the road network. Europa park is a 5 min drive, Switzerland border is 1 hr away.
