All in all a decent hotel in convenient place for a night over while on the road. The parking was not easy to find due to roadworks. It seemed we were misinformed about available breakfast times, which resulted in us having to get up earlier than intended, not a real issue biut never the less a pity.

The regular service craft were very friendly. The people from reception should learn proper customer service skills from the rest of the workers in the hotel. Me and my team have been at many hotels. Some good some bad for a chain this was the worst Mercure and one of the worse hotel experiences ever.

By far the worst ‘mecure’ hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in fact I’m shocked it’s allowed to be called that, from unfriendly staff, to really a poor smelling room, to uncomfortable mattresses, not worth staying in.

Great location and easy parking in car park next to hotel. I found the staff helpful in find best restaurants nearby and overalll was a great stay

An extremely comfortable room, but there was a problem with the hot water in the shower...these things happen sometimes. The neighborhood is not terribly "chic", but centrally located, which is a plus, because within walking distance to the center of town.

The hotel was a bit expensive for you get. Very poor Wi-Fi. Mediocre room. Breakfast, however, was excellent

This is a basic hotel with no frills. They had a good breakfast.

This hotel is one we use every time we visit. Its good value for money, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We use the bakeries in town for breakfast because it is a cheap, easy and tasty option. We have never used the restaurant so can't comment on it. Parking is a bit expensive but very secure.

local services are very close (bus, train), close to town shops and cafes. lovely place to stay.

We stayed in the Mercure Hotel for three nights while traveling through Germany. Having read the other travellers reviews we were a little bit worried about the railway track noise coming from the nearby railway station that other guests have mentioned. I can only say that the noise didn't bother us to much as the hotel was rather empty while we were there, and we sort of accepted it, having preferred this kind of noise over a noisy guests! Should we stayed in the hotel during a colder weather with the windows shut it wouldn't be an issue at all. The most important was that the hotel was really clean, modern, very comfortable, and centrally located. What's more, there was a good quality Bosch tea/coffee machine provided in the room together with a large bottle of a quality local mineral water supplied every day, which was a nice touch. There is also an underground parking space for the car should anyone need it. If I ever return to Bad Oeynhausen I am certainly going to stay in Mercure hotel again. P.S. Have I mentioned the best quality crisp bed sheets?

Great Hotel in a good location for business

Helpful staff. Clean hotel. Next to bus station, but no noise heard in room from busses. Did not have any food at hotel, so cannot comment although breakfast seemed expensive.
