We had a room with balcony view of the lake and it was fantastic. The staff was very kind and helpful. A great restaurant is in a neighboring building. Don’t miss the breakfast.

Very convenient for ferry (right next door). Room was on back (west) side of building - very hot with no AC. Opening the window meant bringing in noise and lights from street. Had a hard time sleeping.

Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Leider war es nicht so sauber egal im Zimmer, Bad oder im Frühstücksraum.
Plastikblumen auf der Terrasse sind bereits vergilbt und tragen nicht zum wohlfühlen bei, dann lieber gar keine Blumen.
Schade, den das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Nur unserem Zimmer mit Blick auf die Fähre war es ziemlich laut nachts. Es war sehr warm (Sommer), wir mussten das Fenster wegen der Lautstärke nachts schließen und dann ist es entschieden zu warm im Zimmer. Eine Klimaanlage gabe es nicht. Sonst ist nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir hatten die junior Suite gebucht mit einer gewissen Mindestanforderung an Sauberkeit. Das Sofa und der Teppich waren voller Flecken und gefühlt Jahrzehnte alt. Außerdem waren an vielen Stellen dreck und Staub, besonders im bad. Die Einrichtung wirkte lieblos und ebenfalls sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Nicht das richtige Zimmer erhalten.
Viel zu wenige Plätze zum Frühstücken, deshalb bei der Abreise
kein Frühstück. Entspricht nie einem 4* Hotel. Alles veraltet.
Das Restaurant ist von 14.00 bis 17.00 geschlossen auch für

Leider in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, undichte Fenster, abgelaufene Teppichböden etc.
Ansonsten sehr freundlicher Empfang und Begleitung durch den Aufenthalt im Hotel!
