We loved the daily tidying up and overall customer service of the staff, especially the free later check-out option. It was really nice to be within walking distance of everything we were wanting to do and still enjoy local eateries along the way. The only feedback we have for improvement is to have a shuttle bus to and from the airport and possibly better pricing for the restaurant across the street in partnership with the hotel. We also did not have access to the pool which we were looking forward to using.

We were checking out early after q night only stay so they upgraded us because the were full the next day, makes for common sense & I’ll stay here next time for that reason.

We stay at the Indigo hotel every year, it has everything that suits us so no need to look elsewhere.
The bedroom is an excellent size, the bed very comfortable and a good size shower.
Very close to bus and tram routes as well as the MTR.
All the staff are very professional and helpful.

Extremely spacious room and bathroom by Hong Kong standards, very clean with comfortable beds. It’s also in a convenient location near the MTR, ding ding and buses. Plenty of good eateries nearby too. Service at the front desk was courteous and helpful
