3Nights stay. Customer service & room was okay. Nothing special. The hot water doesn't work. Pretty bad! Its only on for less than a minute and turn cold again. Had to wait in the middle of shower for the water turn hot again. The location pretty much in the corner of the main street. Hotel in HK are pricey compare to what you get it return.

The hotel staff and services were outstanding. They are friendly and willing to help. Location was perfect, close to the MTR and near many attraction and food.

The staff were so nice and the location of this hotel is perfect. The room size is enough and design was superb. I like how efficient Hong Kong is so you can really go around the city by yourself knowing also that you'll be coming home to this hotel after getting lost or whatnot in your exploration of this city.

Everything was on point. It near station, family mart everywhere, local restaurant, and just a minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade. The room quite spacious for usual HK room, and it was so clean.

I had stayed for 3 days in Xi Hotel. I met felix the front office, he’s so helpful and nice. Location super strategic, near from malls and MTR. Superb! Love it♥️
