Stunning hotel.

As a family of 4 sharing one room for one night, it was very clean and enough space. We especially loved the instant coffee and Nespresso options in the morning as we had to catch an early flight in the morning.

It was amazing

The bed was especially extra comfy, we loved it. Breakfast variety was great and the hotel interior is also very lovely. Would love to stay there again

Overall, it was an amazing hotel. The restaurant had the best food I’ve ever eaten in my life. This really amazed and shocked me. I’m from New Orleans which has the best food in the world and I’m difficult to please. The staff tried hard to answer questions and do things like order taxis. This is needed there as Uber doesn’t exist there.

We got upgraded to the suites at no extra cost, room is super clean and loft area has an amazing view from the erupting volcano.

We booked a family hotel room and it was a Saturday night. We only booked as it was close to the airport. Unfortunately the family room was on the ground floor next to a busy nightclub and so we got virtually no sleep. People were banging on the window, arguing, shouting and singing outside our endow to the early hours. Our children were frightened. We had to be up at 5am. In addition the “blinds” don’t cover the windows so people can see in when you put the light on so there is a total lack of privacy. The blinds are also not black out and there is very bright street lighting outside so it was also very light. We reached out to Expedia for.a refund and was told it was non-refundable. This is the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Good place to rest at before travelling abroad. Would stay here again

Nice hotel with beautiful design. The CCTV enabled parking is quite small compare to how many rooms are available, so we had trouble finding parking. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

We were upgraded to a Diamond suite and it was super nice and comfortable. We had just returned from a Ring road tour and it was great to relax and recharge before flying back home. We ate a couple meals in the hotel restaurant and it was very good also. All in all a great experience.

Expedia saib breakfast included during reservation. I was charged for breakfast for 3 people.

The hotel is fine overall, but someone with luggage it’s a pain to navigate.

A relatively large, full-service hotel in the center of town with a private parking across right across the street. It’s only 10 minutes from KEF airport – a great location if you are catching a morning flight. I stayed in a single room. While the bed was comfortable and in-room amenities included a safe, refrigerator, teapot and coffee maker, there were several quirks in the design of my room. For example, the TV was on a wall parallel to the bed, which made it difficult to watch. There was no nightstand or shelf next to the bed where I could place a glass of water or my phone. In fact, there was only one available electrical outlet for charging my phone, located at the foot of the bed, and there was nowhere to place the phone while it was being charged other than on the bed itself. At night, the room lighting was rather dim, even with two ceiling fixtures, a small table lamp near the window, and several LED spotlights next to the bed. I enjoyed my dinner in the restaurant and I also opted for the breakfast buffet (22 EUR) which included a number of hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.), and a large variety of cakes and finger sandwiches among other choices. The décor in some of the public areas is a little over-the-top (e.g., mirrored ceilings in the corridors outside the rooms).

VERSACE PALACE. This place blew us away on the decor and value. Great price for a 4/5 star property. Excellent service and awe inspiring decor, the owners clearly take immense pride in their guest experience.

The staff were welcoming, informed, supportive. The food (breakfast buffet and restaurant) was delicious. The interior design was opulent but also efficient. Housekeeping was meticulous. The location near the waterfront was a nice surprise.

Room #124 was very tidy & clean, but the room had a toilet scent, even though the bathroom was spotless. The scent was strong enough to prevent me from getting any sleep at all. The Hotel offered to change our room, but we declined to avoid having them clean up an additional room after we already used the first room.

The room was nice. Beds were comfortable. I think you should be able to accommodate late checkouts by availability and not charge per hour. That’s pretty petty.

We arrived very late and it was raining and cold. The staff at reception told us our room is at the first floor and insisted we went out of the hotel entrance and walked around the building to find the room . When I asked if we could walk inside the building with our luggage, he just said no. I asked again, still got the same answer. A lady finally came up, showed us the way to walk around inside the hotel. It is not the nice way to be treated in a “4 star “ hotel.
