The location is quite strategic, near toll road gate. The service also satisfying with nice and helpful staff. They helped us to arrange twin bed to become doubled. This hotel also offers good breakfast with various choices

One day before check in I called the hotel and asked about the bukber package at the restaurant, they answered that if the guest stays overnight it is IDR 130, on the day of check in the receptionist informed me that it is IDR 150 if the 130 guests book directly to the hotel, not through Traveloka, then it was canceled because I asked for clear communication.
When I entered the room, the receptionist called, the only available room was a non-smoking room because there were other guests.
The communication really needs to be improved, BigLand Hotel.

order deluxe room. but when checking in was upgraded to executive room without any additional cost. felt like getting jackpot. request elementary wedding anniversary was also made. the room is very spacious. clean fragrant. big bathtub. friendly service. breakfast is varied. definitely recommend

The hotel's location is quite far from the center of the Sentul and South Sentul areas where access is quite difficult to find without the help of Google Maps. This location is quite suitable for training or outing purposes that do not require routine access to external facilities because the hotel's internal facilities are quite complete, including a fairly spacious restaurant.
The thing to note about the room in my opinion is the size of the mattress for the 2 beds which is only single so it is quite small.

The location is very strategic for those who bring a car because you can get straight to the hotel when you exit the toll road, the food is delicious and the variety is quite a lot, the rooms are spacious but not soundproof enough, there is a fairly large playground, there is also a swimming pool with a mountain view but it is too small, especially if you come during a long weekend, it will definitely be full, overall this hotel is highly recommended

Check in was very easy. Got 2 adjacent rooms according to the note. The room was big. Got a sofa. The room and KM were very clean… even when you exit the room you are already in front of the swimming pool, fitness center. If you want to go to this area, stay at the same hotel and room, hopefully you will get it. The breakfast is also varied, porridge, eggs, even ketoprak are available.

Staycation at this hotel is really great, it's kids friendly because if you bring your kids, they can play at the kids station. It's a winner for staycations, the staff are also very friendly.

The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, the facilities are complete, there are many choices of food menus for breakfast, starting from market snacks, herbal medicine, various main courses, desserts, vegetable salads, western food, Asian food, Indonesian food, all are there, just choose. The downside is that the room toilets are not very clean, the swimming pool restroom is not very clean. Overall it's ok, the most impressive thing is the friendliness of all the staff, starting from security, FO, cleaning service, all are friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is also delicious and affordable.
