Dear Mr. Clement Nevsky Gunawan, Thank you for your input. This input is very valuable for us so we know what we need to improve. After we checked, it was true that the three of you were staying in the Streaming Family room 216 with 2 of your male friends from 20-22 September 2023. On the 1st day there seemed to be no problems. Day 2, September 21 evening, you informed our employees that the AC was not cold enough. After our employee checked it, our employee expressed his opinion that the AC was still cold enough. If this makes you uncomfortable, we are truly sorry. We also apologize that we couldn't immediately bring in an AC technician because it was already late. To find a solution, our employees have offered the three of you to move into 2 rooms at the Rumah Kopi Room which happen to be still empty at no additional cost. But the three fathers did not respond. Then you wrote a review on September 21. After we learned everything, we really apologize to the three of you for not being able to serve you well. We are truly sorry for making the three of you uncomfortable. Just for your information, after the three of you checked out on September 22, the AC technician came, and after the technician checked the freon pressure and amperage of AC power in room 216, it turned out that the AC was still normal. But maybe the condition of the AC is still below the standard the three of you need. Once again we apologize to you. We hope that during your next visit we can provide better service.

The rooms clean, the bed clean and smell good, shower with hot water was worked, strategic location and quite place for rest.

The location is good, very clean, very calm and quite. The room so clean and tidy. The staff was friendly, very wellcome and kind. The hot water and shower was good and fast. Totally worth the money. I really recommend this place to stay if you visit bandar lampung. Keep up the good work.
