The lobby is a little smelly so better think of ways to improve that since it is the first impression that matters. Overall the service was good and room was clean.

The housekeeping team was wonderful. Gave a surprise with cake and greetings on the mirror. That was fantastic. Aidil was excellent. Also, the check in/out was smooth. Melky did a great job! All in all, they are fabulous. Will definitely stay there when I visit Medan again.

bath towel was bad smell. have complain before. but seems like they never change to a new one. lift was broken suddenly. pillow cover was bad smell overall stay 14nights - bad image and have found a spider inside the bath room

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great experience for my first stay at this hotel. Front desk staff assisted me during my late check in with passion. Definitely will stay at this hotel again during my next visit to Medan.

A hidden gem. We paid the price of a normal hotel but got the quality and service of a 5 star hotel. The facility was clean. The staff were amazing. The breakfast pleasantly satisfied all of our palates (indo and foreigner). And the massage facilites on site provide perhaps the best massage I have ever had in Indonesia!

Wonderful surprise. Staff super friendly. It took me two hours to get my bottle of water refilled but the rest was good. The hotel is a jewel. Just perfect. Everything works so well. As a western, I could not feel more comfortable.
