The room was okay, and its location is great because it attaches to Mal of Indonesia where you can find anything.
But my experience was bad with the service of the hotel when at around 2AM water was literally coming from the roof of our bathroom making a lot of noise. I called the Reception to report and he promised he would call the Engineering/Housekeeping to check. After that I waited until I fell asleep on the couch but nobody came until I checked out the next morning. I reported this to the Duty Manager and they really should work on their service. Accidents happen, but think about communicating better w guests.

around 4 am we were able to check in. at 10 am there was a really loud sound of broken room service. the sound of a drill. it really disturbed my comfort when I was sleeping

Friendly and fully supportive staff immediately made me feel at home. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, but okay, not a big problem. The room was cleaned and refreshed every day. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and varied, the price was also super affordable. Really great!

The location is really good, in the MOI area, even the lobby door is right next to the entrance to the mall. If you want to find delicious food, there are lots of them on the ground floor of MOI. But I was a little disappointed at first, I came late to check in at 17.00, but I had to wait quite a long time to get into the room, and I brought 2 kids too, it took almost an hour to get into the room. But it was cured by the fast response of the staff who took me to the room and right in front of the room there was a mini playground 🥳. Go up 1 floor straight to the restaurant. The food is quite varied. Thank you.

The AC is GG cold, how can the temperature be set to as low as 19. The distance between the room and the elevator is far, not to mention if you get a smoking room at the end.
