I had my perfect vacation here. The room was nice, clean, and cozy. Hot water worked normally as well. The food was so exquisite. perfect. Chef Adi, Chef Edo, and Chef Yogi are amazing. I'll spend my next vacation here, for sure.

Backpacker room no. 704 is not as described. There is no window, so what is the view? There is no kettle for hot water, so what do you use to make tea and coffee?

The bathroom condition is very concerning, the window is broken and cannot be closed and the hot water from the shower is unstable. There are many insects in the bedroom and the dirty sheets from the previous guest have not been replaced. There is only 1 power outlet

I don't know about the other 2 rooms. at that time it was full I could only book a backpacker room with no view. I swear I really regret it. unlike the picture on traveloka it turns out the bathroom, toilet and wash table are shared with 2 other guests. male and female with the same toilet and bathroom. the room is narrow, noisy because there is a group of other guests who are doing karaoke until past midnight. not soundproof and the room door is not closed. the hotel staff is friendly, the view in the hotel area and restaurant is good. the taste and price of the food and the variety of breakfast are okay.

The advantages of this hotel for the new deluxe room, room 117 and 118 are behind the room facing the view of Rawa Pening and at night it's nice... but when you enter the cell first everything yes... because my unpleasant experience, the glasses provided were not washed clean... there were many ants swarming the glasses... there was no AC but at night it was cold so you didn't really need the AC.... and they forgot to put towels... I had to go back and forth asking for confirmation with a photo and didn't like it because that should be their service to customers.. but oh well... just human error... for the room if you want to come here it's better to just WA the number in the photo... the wifi is bad... but the signal on the mountain is not good... for the restaurant, the food is standard... they are very strict about who enters the restaurant room during breakfast... I was with three children... and the quota was only 2 people... and the third person was charged... children aged 18 years old were charged 40 thousand
