I didn't expect this apartment to be just a few steps from the Mall of Indonesia, this is very pleasant, plus the view of the exotic area plus the pedestrian area surrounding the Mall is very comfortable for jogging and walking in the morning... The room, although not big, is functional and fully furnished, even a washing machine is available..👍 I am very satisfied staying here..

The check in and check out process is done by self check in, picking up at the key box, but the instructions from the apartment owner are very helpful and informative. Got a room on the 2nd floor, type 2 bedroom right in front of lobby 7, the room condition is quite clean and complete (there is a washing machine, refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, dispenser, iron, TV, 3 air conditioners, and there is also hot water). For the price of the room compared to the facilities, it is quite attractive. At most there is an additional car parking fee of 4000/hour in the apartment parking area which is also quite large. Maybe a suggestion can be added to each room/capstok and a more proper clothesline

Lantainya lengket dan di beberapa titik masih banyak debu tebal. Ada kecoa-kecoa kecil. Untuk kebersihannya tolong ditingkatkan ya. Kamar yang kasur single size pintu tidak bisa ditutup karena terhalang oleh kasur. Untuk ac aman dingin semua, view balkon langsung lobby 7 MOI.

For self-check-in access, it's easy, yes, but unfortunately the AC facilities are not cold for the main room and in the TV room, and the air conditioner is leaking, it's dangerous for those who bring small children to be afraid of slipping.

The problems to get in. Luckily the RT or RW was on hand to help and owner arrived some hours later with the keys. The place is small, damp and no TV. The bathroom has a leaky toilet with wet and smelly floors. There was no microwave and lack of cutleries and plates and pans. The 2 bedroom consists a reasonable double and a smallish single bedroom enough to fit 100 by 200 cms bed. The lounge consist of a wooden extended chair joined to a dining table, enough to fit 2 chairs adjoining the kitchen with a 2 stove gas and a large fridge. At 550,000 pn for 5 nights, it 's a steal or daylight robbery.

Saya sangat senang bisa menginap di Apartemen ini. Fasilitas yang didapat sesuai dengan harga. Fasilitas apartemen dilengkapi dengan 2 bedroom, dapur, kulkas, mesin cuci, mesin pembuat air panas untuk kopi/teh, AC di setiap kamar, meja makan, air panas, wastafel, handuk, tempat untuk menggantung handuk, living room juga dilengkapi dengan kursi, AC, TV kabel, air kemasan galon, dan furniture yang baik. Hanya saja penyedot udara di kamar mandi nya tidak berfungsi yah, secara klinis kurang baik bila udara kamar mandi bercampur dengan udara di living room. Apalagi bila living room nya full AC. Selain itu tidak ada curtain/tirai di kamar mandi seperti pada gambar. Akan tetapi, semua itu terobati dengan nyaman nya fasilitas yang ada. Next holiday, saya dan keluarga akan menginap di sini lagi dan semoga nanti penyedot udara di kamar mandinya sudah diperbaiki.

Untuk ambil kunci aksesnya butuh perjuangan karena naik tangga tinggi banget. Tapi ketika uda sampe ke unitnya sih bisa pake lift karena udah ada kartu aksesnya. Kamar bersih AC dingin semua. Sprei dan bed covernya juga bersih. Nyamannya sih buat 3 orang, tapi kalo maksa nginep 4 orang ya paling ada yang berkorban tidurnya nyempil. Tv nya besar. Ada teko listrik untuk masak air. Ada alat makan seperti piring mangkok gelas garpu sendok. Ada juga teflon. Ada kompor gas. Ada kulkas, dispenser sama galonnya. Ada mesin cuci juga. Ada hairdryer, setrikaan, sajadah dan handuk 3 pcs. Terima kasih.
