There was about a 30 minute wait before I could check in, because the receptionist was praying. The sister was friendly. There was mineral water too. 2 towels. The shower worked. The water was smooth. I got it on the 1st floor

Kebetulan hujan deras kamar bocor receptionist memberikan kamar yang lebih besar dan tidak bocor. AC kurang dingin karena filter ac kotor sekali pelanggan yang membersihkan agar ruangan lebih dingin. Cocok buat hotel transit.

Untuk teman-teman, dan berniat wisata di daerah Payakumbuh, ayok mampir di penginapan Ara hotel selain nyaman, tempatnya tidak jauh dari pusat kota dan wisata yang ada, dan tempat penginapan nya bagus serta pemandangan sawah dibelakang cukup indah jom mampir Ara hotel.

Hotel rekomen kalo tiap ke Payakumbuh. Disclaimer, ini review jujur dan no endorse ya😉. Ukuran kamar luas, ada meja kursi. Kasurnya besar, bantal dan guling dapet 4. AC nya dingin, siaran tv juga banyak. Disediakan handuk 2, dan untuk yang sholat disediakan sejadah. Kamar mandi bersih dan cukup luas, shower nya juga besar. Air bersih dan lancar, wc duduk. Disediakan juga toiletries seperti sabun sikat gigi odol. Ada pemanas air minum dan air mineral gelas. Untuk receptionistnya juga ramah dan membantu. Walaupun masih pakai kunci manual tapi aman kok. Dan untuk harganya sangat ramah di kantong. Lokasi memang tidak di tengah kota, namun akses mudah dan di pinggir jalan juga di depannya langsung ada SPBU dan ada ATM.

Pertama nginep di sini, hotel bersih, pelayanan cepat, wangi, saya dapat kamar 103. Cuma shower kamar mandi aja yang tidak berfungsi, alangkah lebih baik dibenerin, atau dikasih ember dan gayung.

By the time I checked in, it came at 9 p.m. PLN was dead, the hotel was pitch dark. The hotel clerk said the generator couldn't turn on. Due to fatigue, my family & I went straight into the room & the hotel had no emergency lights & the hotel staff kept silent and had no initiative to offer other lighting. Hopefully it will be a future concern & the hotel is clean & the beds are all good.
