Average with room for improvement, towel is look so old and cleanliness of the bathroom need extra attention,

Some facilities in the hotel is unappropriate. The water tap isn't working properly, toilet has no lock.

I feel uncomfortable to write bad things because the staff is smiling and helpful. But the bathroom. Never seen that in a hotel before, it 's like the public toilet of a bus station.
