I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! Thank you so much, Singhasari. Will surely be back here again very soon 💙

The Singhasari Resort Batu
Nice resort for family 's vacation. Near Jatim park 3, and closed to famous local restaurants. Great services from hotel staff. Clean and spacious bedroom is a plus too.

Hi team. Pengalaman sangat tidak menyenangkan datang dari receptionist wanita yang saya kira usianya sudah cukup matang ya, tapi ybs 2x selalu mengacuhkan keluhan saya dan selalu tidak ramah dalam menjawab segala pertanyaan saya terkait kondisi kamar, dan saya jg bertemu 1 lg petugas ketika breakfast cara bicaranya seperti preman dan membuat suasana sarapan jadi tidak excited lagi, mana menunya hari pertama hanya nasi dan soto. Sangat disayangkan ya, semoga ownernya bisa langsung cek dengan apa yang dilakukan staffnya. Bisa kontak saya kapan saja jika ingin mendengar apa yang terjadi selama saya menginap dengan jelas tanpa saya kurangi dan lebih-lebihkan. Very bad experience. Thanks!

OYO 894 Nusa Indah Homestay Syariah
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the check in/out was seamless and they allowed me to stay out a little longer since I had to perform Friday prayer. The bad luck, wifi connection was very poor and didn't work at all.
