Best Hotels in Lubuk Baja

The customer service was great, the breakfast staff was excellent I'm so happy. Thank you to the Manager when I'm checking in there ia fruit orange and apple on the table for welcome me and husband. It great to stay there I'm so so much happy and will stay again there when I'm there. Thank you so much brilliant staff and management 😁

Clean and good accessibility. The staffs are friendly.

Room 304 was spacious, clean and provides basic amenities such as toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, 2 bottles of water. 5 mins car ride to Nagoya hill. Price was affordable with simple breakfast. Soundproof can be improved, you can heard people talking outside the door and the sound of the aircon compressor is very loud as the window cannot close fully make the sound even louder.

Located at a strategic location. Worth the money paid for. Very near to two major malls and surrounded with eateries, markets, spas and massage parlours. Room is spacious and clean. Good breakfast spread too. Staffs are polite and accommodating. Overall a great experience staying at the bcc hotel and Residence Batam.

The 2nd floor is my favourite area

Room no 228 partly not able to turn, bathroom no hanger for hanging clothes no restaurant, sad the service very poor, regret staying compared to before covid time was to good, but know very bad.

Staff was friendly. Concierge was prompt when collecting luggages from the room. Hotel was old, Room was not as clean for a 4 star hotel, stained bedsheet, aircon was dripping water suspect aircon filter dirty and not clean. Overall stay for 1 night transit was normal like any 3 star hotel. Traveloka should change it the hotel star rating to 3 as this isn't a 4 star hotel standard.

Hotel was near the main road, and for a family room is only located one floor below the club, you can imagine the noise untik 4am, mix with car sound, sound proof need to be increased. Don't expect much with the facilities and room, you pay less than average hotel room in the city.
