It was love at first sight when I visit SubWow, the ambiance, cleanliness, also friendly staff convinced me that I would be content staying here. SubWow is also compact, making it suitable for Millenials/alpha gen who need a place to stay. Since I prefer more privacy, a single private room is the perfect fit for me. The water stream is amazing, strong but not too much. They also provide a semi-dining room where you can eat or do work/assignments in desk. The parking lot is also impressive, to get to the upper level, you need to use a car lift. Staff & security is helpful and amiable. I really enjoy my stay here, it was an unforgettable experience, thank you SubWow.

Had a great time staying here. The service is great: quick responses from front desk, bottle water refill, breakfast delivered to your room, room service billed on check out. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the room is very well designed. Wifi was spotty during our stay, but it worked well outside the room; Not sure what the problem was. Also the TV (with Netflix, etc) is connected to LAN cable, so this wasn't an issue. The room on the 1st floor is on the same floor as a restaurant (right outside the door) and not soundproof, so it might get a bit loud during busy hours.

Last minutes booking and we are happy! From the moment you stepped in, the hotel ambience is really homey and you can feel the Bandung’s vibe!
Room is chich and nice and clean. The downside just it’s not that soundproof. Maybe because this is suppose to be family room (there’s connecting door) and the neighbors was so loud during phone call (11pm!!) , we heard she talking so loud and my husband got so annoyed.
But other than that, we love this place!

For the price I had to pay, the room was spacious. And it was clean and cool (no problem with the AC). The internet connection from the wifi was fast enough. Friendly staffs. Location was superb. Many good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The location of the lobby was a bit weird tho, but it was no problem for me since I used online transportation while staying here. Recommended choice to stay for a vacation in Bandung.
